8-hr shifts: ~24 prebooked + 4 walk-in patients9-hr shifts: ~28 prebooked + 4 walk-in patients

Outpatient, office-based clinic setting

Primary care -- pediatric, adult, and women's care

All ages served, including pediatric population

Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working patient population

Office-based procedures required
