Murrietta Circuits is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Documentation Technician to support our Assembly Quality Control Department within our Printed Circuit Board (PCB/PCBA) manufacturing environment.
This position is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and compiling quality documentation related to electronic component traceability, customer compliance requirements, and First Article Inspection reporting in accordance with AS9100 standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately review technical documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Review and verify electronic component Certificates of Conformance (CoCs)
- Verify component documentation against customer Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Gather and organize manufacturing and inspection data for assembled circuit boards
- Complete AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and reports
- Maintain accurate quality records and traceability documentation
- Support Assembly Quality Control and manufacturing teams with compliance documentation
- Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness per customer and AS9100 requirements
- Assist with document control and quality system processes as needed
- Support audit preparation and quality compliance activities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to review and verify technical documentation accurately
- Experience working in a manufacturing, quality, or documentation environment preferred
- Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs), Certificates of Conformance, and quality records preferred
- Experience with AS9100 and/or AS9102 documentation is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Electronics manufacturing or PCB/PCBA environment
- Aerospace or defense manufacturing
- Quality assurance or document control experience
