Qualifications
- 10+ years of quality inspection experience
- Experience across 2 to 3 companies preferred to show breadth of exposure
- Strong understanding of machining processes and variable volumes
- Proven ability to work in high-throughput environments
- Keyence vision system (glass plate, camera-based measurement process)
Seeking a highly experienced inspector with a strong background in quality environments. This role will focus on in‑process verification using a mix of traditional and advanced measurement tools.
Key Responsibilities- Perform in‑process and final inspections on precision machined components
- Read and interpret complex drawings and standards, including GD&T
- Measure features using traditional tools such as height gauges
- Utilize portable CMMs (Faro Arm) and optical comparators
- Support and mentor other inspectors as needed
- Program and operate Hexagon Faro Arm
- Maintain high throughput, completing 200 to 400 inspections within a 4‑hour period depending on setup
