CMM Programmer

Job Summary

This Quality Inspector will inspect, test, and verify products to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements at a technology-first precision machine shop.

Salary: $35 - $45 per hour

Hours:

1st shift

Days:
Monday – Friday

• Conduct first piece, in‑process, and final inspections to verify product quality and conformance.
• Program CMM equipment.
• Perform inspections using standard measuring tools, equipment, and technical documentation.
• Complete first article inspections and maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
• Identify and communicate non‑conforming materials or products to production teams.
• Inspect incoming materials and components from suppliers for compliance with requirements.
• Review production documentation for accuracy prior to release.
• Prepare and issue certificates of conformance for outgoing shipments.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Hands‑on experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or electronic inspection equipment.
