We are seeking 4 detail-oriented Quality Control Specialists for a high-priority, temporary election support project. Working in a comfortable office setting, you will be responsible for inspecting printed voter information guides to ensure complete accuracy, high print quality, and proper assembly before they reach the public.
Key Responsibilities- Print Quality Inspection:
Audit printed booklets for ink consistency, proper binding, clean page trimming, and correct page ordering. - Data & Text Verification:
Spot-check sample guides against master documents to confirm text layout, formatting, and candidate details are error-free. - Defect Isolation:
Identify, log, and separate misprinted or damaged booklets (smudges, misaligned binding, torn stock). - Batch Logging:
Maintain clear, accurate records of inspected batches, recording pass/fail rates for quality compliance. - Team Communication:
Flag recurring print or data errors to project supervisors immediately for fast resolution.
- Exceptional attention to detail for visual and text-based review.
- Ability to follow structured quality control checklists and repetitive procedures accurately.
- Comfortable working in a sedentary, table-based office environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of accuracy.
- Must be available for the full duration of the project (9/8 to 10/23).

- Physical Print Auditing: Inspect printed booklets to verify ink quality, proper binding, correct page sequencing, and clean alignment.
- Data Verification: Spot-check sample guides against source documents to ensure accurate text layout, candidate data, and localized voter information.
- Defect Isolation: Identify, log, and pull misprinted or damaged materials (e.g., ink smudges, misaligned folds, binding errors) from production batches.
- Batch Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of inspected materials, recording pass/fail rates and batch numbers to ensure quality compliance.
- Error Escalation: Report systematic printing or data discrepancies promptly to supervisors to ensure timely corrections.
- High attention to detail for visual and textual quality checks.
- Ability to follow strict, repetitive quality control procedures accurately.
