Mercor is looking for experienced biotechnology research scientists to enhance AI reasoning in biological research methodologies. Candidates will leverage expertise in molecular biology, genomics, proteomics, and drug discovery to improve AI systems' performance on biotechnology tasks.
Responsibilities include reviewing AI outputs, creating realistic research scenarios, and providing feedback on AI accuracy. The successful applicant will have at least 3 years of research experience and preferably an advanced degree in life sciences.
