Engage and entertain guests with hibachi cooking while providing a memorable dining experience;
Greet guests within 15 minutes and perform a cooking show, interacting appropriately;
Prepare and set up a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables using kitchen equipment and ensure proper portions and presentation;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, teppan cooking areas, and holding areas; report maintenance issues;
Follow company standards on portioning, recipes, presentation, FIFO, and beverage service; assist with guest requests and celebrate special occasions
