Earn $19.00 per hour.

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. (weekends until 5 p.m.)

• Manage multiple locations independently; spend time inside and outside the facilities.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and deposit cash with the bank.
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls as required.

• Transport and lift items up to 35 pounds.
• Walk in and around facilities; spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks (sweeping/mopping interior, maintaining exterior grounds).

Experience
:
Candidates from customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, etc.).

Transportation
:
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available.

Property managers are responsible for: driving to multiple properties, performing bank deposits, working alone, opening and closing facilities, assisting reservations and walk‑in customers, completing lease agreements, handling company assets/property, accessing customer accounts, handling cash and deposits, making scheduled delinquent calls, executing lien sales, and administering transactions with auction vendors.
