• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Under direct supervision, you will provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service. Your duties include assisting customers, cleaning display cases and shelves, and maintaining the self‑serve displays within the Dairy Deli Department. The environment is fast‑paced, typical of a grocery store, with key physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling, as well as visual and auditory demands.
