• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills

Under direct supervision, the Dairy Deli Frozen Clerk will provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service. Responsibilities include assisting customers, cleaning display cases and shelves, and maintaining self‑serve displays within the Dairy Deli Frozen Department. This position involves a fast‑paced grocery store environment with physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling.
