We’re seeking a strategic, customer-focused Senior Buyer to lead product strategy and assortment planning across women’s wovens, dresses, and essentials. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded retail leader who can anticipate customer demand, drive profitable growth, and develop a high-performing buying team.

• Develop pre-season product strategies and assortment plans aligned with financial and merchandising goals.
• Own merchandise performance for assigned categories, using analysis to refine forecasts and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with planning teams to optimize inventory, improve margin, and reduce markdown risk.
• Lead seasonal assortment presentations and execute promotional, floorset, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, including negotiating costs, deliveries, and brand strategies.
• Collaborate with design, product development, visual, marketing, and planning partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop Buyers, Associate Buyers, and Assistant Buyers.

• 3–5 years of retail buying experience in a specialty or department-store environment.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising, assortment planning, forecasting, pricing, gross margin, open-to-buy, markup, and turnover.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
