WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?
- Present and promote a portfolio of implant and regenerative solutions.
- Expand market share through new account development and deeper penetration of existing customers in Orange County (Irvine, Anaheim, Newport Beach, and Santa Ana)
- Prospect, qualify, and convert opportunities within dental practices and specialty clinics.
- Conduct regular in-office meetings, follow-ups, and educational discussions.
- Resolve customer issues quickly to protect long‑term relationships.
- Attend trade shows, study clubs, and clinical education events.
WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFER?
Education & Training
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Science, or related discipline).
- Equivalent, relevant sales experience will also be considered.
Work Experience & Accomplishments
- 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
- Dental, medical, or complex solution sales experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Experience managing an established territory with growth expectations.
- Hunter mentality with disciplined territory planning habits.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent relationship‑building ability with professional customers.
- Self‑directed, organized, and comfortable working independently.
