ABOUT THE COMPANY

WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?

  • Present and promote a portfolio of implant and regenerative solutions.
  • Expand market share through new account development and deeper penetration of existing customers in Orange County (Irvine, Anaheim, Newport Beach, and Santa Ana)
  • Prospect, qualify, and convert opportunities within dental practices and specialty clinics.
  • Conduct regular in-office meetings, follow-ups, and educational discussions.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly to protect long‑term relationships.
  • Attend trade shows, study clubs, and clinical education events.
Requirements

WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFER?

Education & Training

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Science, or related discipline).
  • Equivalent, relevant sales experience will also be considered.

Work Experience & Accomplishments

  • 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
  • Dental, medical, or complex solution sales experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Experience managing an established territory with growth expectations.
  • Hunter mentality with disciplined territory planning habits.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent relationship‑building ability with professional customers.
  • Self‑directed, organized, and comfortable working independently.
