Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Orange County, CA
. We're seeking experienced successful sales originators with a strong hunter mentality and a proven ability to build relationships with middle‑market companies, CFOs, vendors and private equity-backed businesses.
Daily responsibilities include developing business opportunities, maintaining effective communication, and meeting sales targets while driving client success.
Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of business development or origination experience in equipment finance, leasing, or commercial finance
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying opportunities to expand business
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a results‑oriented mindset with a HUNTER Mindset
- Ability to work on‑site in Orange County, CA, with a collaborative approach to team goals
- Experience in equipment financing or related fields is a plus, but not a requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
