What Our Client Offers You
Base Salary:$100,000
Bonus Package:
Target bonus opportunity of approximately 25-40% of base salary based on achieving sales objectives.

What You’ll Do
As the Catering Sales Manager, you'll own the Santa Ana/Anaheim territory, focusing on developing new corporate catering business while building long-term relationships with clients throughout your market.
You'll spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with prospective customers, networking, prospecting, and opening new corporate accounts. Supported by an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be able to focus on what you do best: growing the business.
Key responsibilities include:- Prospect, network, and generate new business throughout the Santa Ana/Anaheim territory.
- Build relationships with office managers, executive assistants, HR professionals, and other corporate decision-makers.
- Develop new corporate catering accounts while growing market share.
- Present customized catering solutions and close new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and the Inside Sales team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue growth objectives.
- Represent the company at networking events and within the local business community.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B business development or outside sales experience.
- Experience selling corporate catering, food service, hospitality, facilities services, office coffee, workplace services, or similar B2B solutions preferred.
- Demonstrated success prospecting and opening new accounts
. - Existing relationships within the Santa Ana, Anaheim, or greater Orange County business community are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, networking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong closing skills.
- Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting with clients.
- Own a dedicated Santa Ana/Anaheim territory.
