Expected Shifts 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm;

What You'll DoRespond to high-volume inbound sales inquiries by phone, email, text, and other online lead sources.

Schedule and confirm customer appointments for the sales team.

Report to and maintain an open line of communication with the sales management team to establish ongoing weekly and monthly goals.

Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.

Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, internet leads, and previous customers.

Confirm availability for customers inquiring about specific vehicles.

What You'll Bring1+ years experience engaging with customers over the phone.
1+ years experience in a customer service role.

Experience working in a call center environment.

Previous experience in a BDC Admin roll or other sales related position.

Working knowledge of computer systems, office software and CRM's.Ability to assess situations, prioritize needs, and implement solutions

The ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

Professional personal appearance.

Total Rewards The hourly wage for this position is $18.Bonuses are estimated to be based on appointments shown and/or sold. Further details will be discussed during interview process.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
