Data Center OEM Sales Manager – Contract Manufacturing
Lead sales and business development for data center infrastructure manufacturing, focusing on OEM partnerships, hyperscalers, and critical infrastructure providers across North America.
Develop and grow OEM and data center customer relationships
Win large-scale manufacturing programs and long-term contracts
Build relationships with procurement, engineering, and operations leaders
Lead pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations
Coordinate customer needs with engineering and manufacturing teams
Identify new business and market expansion opportunities
10–20+ years of sales or strategic account experience
Direct data center infrastructure sales experience required
Strong OEM manufacturing sales background
Existing relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, or infrastructure providers preferred
Experience with sheet metal, welding, electrical infrastructure, or electromechanical manufacturing is a plus
Proven success winning large OEM production programs
Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
Candidates must have direct data center and OEM manufacturing sales experience.
