Sales Account Executive - Equipment Financing

Vista Pacific Capital, Inc. is a growing equipment financing company looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Account Executive ready to build a real career — not just take a job. This role is built for someone who wants their income to reflect their production, with earning potential that goes well beyond a typical six-figure sales job.

• $50,000 - $60,000/year (D.O.E.) guaranteed base salary — paid no matter what, every pay period
• Uncapped commission — up to 45% commission on closed deals once ramped up
• No clawbacks, ever — this is not a recoverable draw. You always keep your base.
• Real upside well above $100K/year for producers who put in the work — uncapped means uncapped

• Identify and develop new equipment financing opportunities through outbound calls and relationship-building
• Analyze credit and business risk on transactions
• Guide business owners through financing solutions for commercial equipment
• Work closely with leadership to build and refine your pipeline and sales process

• Full-time commitment — this is your primary job, not a side gig
• Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient — comfortable with a ramp‑up period while you learn the business
• Strong communication skills, in-person and on the phone
• Prior sales, finance, or client‑facing work experience preferred, but a strong work ethic and drive matter more than a resume line
• On-site, Anaheim Hills, CA — no remote
