US Family Turf is expanding its esteemed team, characterized by professionalism and camaraderie. We are seeking experienced In-Home Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a trusted provider of high-quality synthetic turf solutions, we are dedicated to enhancing residential landscapes with our innovative products.

The role is commission-based, offering a 10% commission on sales with no cap. You will have flexibility, autonomy, and potential for exceptional financial rewards. More details will be described in depth during the first round of interviews.

Training and Support: US Family Turf will provide comprehensive product training and sales training as part of your onboarding process to help you excel and exceed your sales targets.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice, conducting on-site assessments, and delivering a tailored sales presentation. Your interpersonal skills, listening abilities, and product knowledge will be crucial in building strong relationships and maximizing earning potential.

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and assess their outdoor spaces for artificial turf installation.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of US Family Turf products to educate customers on the benefits, features, and customization options available.
• Collaborate with customers to develop customized design proposals and cost estimates that align with their budgets and preferences.
• Present compelling sales presentations that showcase the unique value propositions of US Family Turf's artificial turf solutions, addressing customer concerns and objections.
• Effectively communicate and negotiate pricing, terms, and project timelines to achieve customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and documentation to track progress and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to customers and maintain a competitive edge.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or landscaping industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of artificial turf products, their installation processes, and maintenance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities, with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to assess customers' needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Google platforms (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and productivity.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customers' homes for consultations.
