Each of Cen Exel’s research sites specializes in Phase I to Phase IV clinical trials. The centers focus on quality, teamwork, and experienced clinical research managers.

Our sites offer in‑patient capability and expertise in complex early‑phase trials across psychiatry, acute post‑op pain, Asian bridging, dermatology, GI, and neurology.

Job Summary: Responsible for recruiting patients over the phone and assisting with recruitment programs to increase referrals of participants for various clinical research trials.

Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (depending on education, experience, and skillset)

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (occasional Saturdays as needed)

Required:
Speaking and Reading (Bilingual Mandarin)

• Maintain a professional relationship with potential study participants.
• Perform the initial telephone screening of patients.
• Schedule screening appointments in Clinical Conductor.
• Make reminder phone calls as needed.
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum high school diploma.
• 1+ years of clinical research experience.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must perform detail‑oriented work and follow up on assignments.
• Must have keyboarding and basic computer experience.
• Must reflect the professional image of the company, upholding the company vision in actions, demeanor, and appearance.

• Indoor, office environment.
• Essential physical requirements include sitting, typing, standing, and walking.
• Lightly active position, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
• Reporting to work as scheduled is essential.
