• Providing Protection:
  Safeguard persons, property, and buildings with a vigilant eye.
• Conducting Patrols:
  Complete hourly monitored guard tours using innovative QR patrol technology.
• Reporting Incidents:
  Communicate effectively through a 2‑way radio or company phone, reporting activities constantly throughout your shift to ISMG's Dispatch.
• Creating a Deterrent Presence:
  Maintain a visible presence that deters illegal activities and provides peace of mind.
• Managing Situations:
  Approach escalated situations with empathy and professionalism, handle both routine and crisis scenarios calmly and effectively, and be able to de‑escalate.
• Utilizing Technology:
  Learn and apply mobile specialized QR patrol and reporting software to enhance your patrol efficiency.
• Staying Active:
  Be prepared for a range of physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, driving, and climbing stairs, in all weather conditions.

• Valid California Guard Card: A current and valid California Guard Card is required prior to the start of employment.
• Work Authorization:
  Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Attendance & Punctuality:
  Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality by arriving on time and completing assigned shifts, including overtime if necessary.
• Shift Flexibility:
  Ability to work various assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Effective Communication:
  Proficient in English, both orally and in writing, to facilitate public interaction and complete report writing effectively.
• Crisis Management:
  Capable of handling typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively at the client site.
• Post Order Execution:
  Understand and successfully execute post orders, including the enforcement of client and company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Professional Appearance:
  Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Demeanor:
  Exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and the public.
• Customer Service:
  Ability to provide high‑quality customer service consistently.
