Allied Universal® is hiring an Account Manager with GSOC and security healthcare expertise. As a  
** Healthcare GSOC Account Manager** , you are the driving force behind daily security operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the people and places you protect. You will lead from the front-guiding, developing, and motivating your team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. This role serves as the primary liaison between the organization, clients, and internal stakeholders for all GSOC-related security monitoring, intelligence, and incident response operations.

** RESPONSIBILITIES:*

** Manage scheduling:
** Leverage AI-powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime

** Lead and Develop Security Teams:
** Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations

+  
** Enhance Client Relationships:
** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property

** Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies:
** Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams

+  
** Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence:
** Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies)

+  
** Operational oversight for the Global Security Operations Center**  (GSOC) program and partner with client leadership on overall program management

** QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

+ Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business

+ Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment

+ Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships

+ Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination

+ Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner

+ Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office

+ Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence

+ Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.)

Demonstrated proficiency in alarm monitoring, access control, video management, and crisis communication technology

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced organization; coordinate and manage multiple tasks with limited supervision

+ Ability to make decisions, multi-task, and operate within high-stress situations, often under time constraints
