Join Garda World as a Security Response Officer on our Events Team. This role focuses on customer service in a variety of event settings.

• Monitor premises to ensure security.
• Conduct area patrols to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points, manage traffic flow, and prevent overcrowding.
• Conduct bag checks, ticket checks, and verify IDs for authorized entrance.
• Assist guests with directions or questions.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities in serious situations.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32‑hour BSIS security training.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
