As a Security Officer Access Control in Anaheim, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team culture built on integrity and teamwork.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors according to site procedures, and maintaining required entry and exit records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, equipment concerns, and policy violations through clear and timely written reports.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
