• Lead and support the Monitoring Center team with a customer-first, people-first approach
• Coach, train, and develop team members to help them grow and succeed
• Create an exceptional experience through professional communication, teamwork, and follow-through
• Support day-to-day operations, staffing needs, and escalated situations
• Ensure policies, procedures, and customer instructions are followed
• Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and a positive team environment

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Alarm, security, monitoring center, dispatch, call center, or related experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
  
  Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during high-priority situations
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Comfortable coaching and supporting employees
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

This position works a four-day, 10-hour schedule, with regular shift hours of either 12:00 a.m.

- 10:30 a.m. Wednesday through Saturday or 2:00 p.m.

- 12:30 a.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Our Monitoring Center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so leadership flexibility is an important part of this position. Supervisors participate in after-hours and on-call support when needed.

This is an in-person, full-time position. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Anaheim or relocate before beginning employment.
