• Lead and manage fire alarm system installations and maintenance for commercial clients locally during working hours.

• Read and interpret construction plans and apply applicable local, state, and federal codes.

• Use MS Office and apply basic networking knowledge.

• Conduct installations for commercial businesses during 7 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

• Proven experience in fire alarm systems, intrusion alarms, access control, CCTV, and/or NEC.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in security, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Effective problem resolution skills and detail‑oriented approach.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal codes.
