Lead Maintenance Technician - Core

We are looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property,
Core Apartments
, in Anaheim, CA
.

• Perform maintenance across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas; complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint and perform apartment turnovers; respond to emergency calls and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a strong customer service focus and work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Prefer at least 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance on 100+ unit properties.
• Experience in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) is required.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

• $27-$29/hour DOE
