Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Licensed Electrician based in Anaheim, CA. The Licensed Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical installations, maintenance, repair work, and troubleshooting on various systems. The role involves collaborating with a team to ensure high standards of safety, efficiency, and performance in all electrical operations. The candidate will also be expected to follow safety guidelines, contribute to system inspections, and provide technical support and solutions as needed.
Responsibilities- Maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Work on VFD & PLC, Single Phase and Three Phase.
- Meeting with the customer to determine the nature of the service call.
- Reading, interpreting schematics, blueprints, diagram charts, following instructions, and understanding operation manuals.
- Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
- Operating a variety of hand and power tools.
- Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment / electrical failures.
- Repairing equipment, removing and replacing faulty parts.
- Installing and system testing equipment.
- knowledge un using various meters for assessing loads and current.
- Providing technical training on equipment usage and capabilities.
- Completing job reports on site before leaving service location.
- Work on three phase motors.
- Working knowledge of current industry accepted methods and procedures for testing, repairing, installing and maintaining a variety of complicated electrical equipment and systems.
- Working knowledge of materials, equipment and tools of the Electrician's trade; and various power distribution, auxiliary equipment and motor control systems, and the ability to use power, hand tools, and electronic testing equipment in a safe manner.
- Skill in working with both digital and analog electrical devices/systems (i.e. microprocessors, programmable controllers, logic control devices).
- Working knowledge of all types of electrical fittings, conduit bending and the ability to run all kinds of conduit.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in wet or humid weather and fluctuating and/or extreme temperatures and/or adverse situations and conditions. e.g. confined spaces, dirty, noisy, etc.
