• Understands building and fire codes
• Installs fire‑stopping materials in new and existing commercial construction applications
• Installs caulking at Penetrations and Joints using a bulk caulk gun, pulling product out of buckets, using "sausage" packs, or standard tubes
• Inspects work to ensure the installation meets code standards and was completed per UL Design
• Ability to read blueprints and life safety drawings
• Access to Penetrations and Joints may require use of boom lifts, scissor lifts, swing stage, scaffolds, and ladders
• On‑the‑job training offered
• This position is safety‑sensitive

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to perform basic math
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
• Must be comfortable working from heights
• Some sites may require a background check
• Must have reliable transportation
