Provides a safe and sanitary environment for patients, family, staff, and self.;
Ability to properly use hand tools paint brushes, rollers, mixers, spray equipment, plaster & patching trowels, sanders, ladders, tile cutters, etc.;
Performs proper preparation of surfaces to be painted, tiled, or new floor installation.;
Performs proper techniques on painting surfaces, equipment, and flooring. Work performance is free of any paint drips, sagging, and runs on final projects. All project areas are clean of old drippings and scraped off surfaces to present as acceptable.;
Maintains paint inventory of various department colors.
