Competitive hourly pay based on experience, skill level, and qualifications.
What You’ll Do- Install residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Perform installations including water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, sewer lines, water lines, gas lines, fixtures, repipes, and plumbing system replacements
. - Ensure all installations meet company standards, plumbing codes, and safety regulations.
- Diagnose installation-related concerns and recommend solutions when needed.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, office staff, and technicians throughout the installation process.
- Complete job documentation, photos, and required paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and job site.
- Provide professional, respectful, and knowledgeable customer service.
- Work closely with service technicians and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of plumbing installation experience preferred
- Residential and commercial plumbing knowledge
- Experience installing water heaters, fixtures, and plumbing systems preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying environments
- Must be dependable, professional, and motivated
