Commercial Plumbing Service Technician

• Execute a wide variety of commercial and residential plumbing services including pipe repairs, water heater installations, drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, leak detection, sewer replacements, backflow testing, pipe re-routes, and a variety of other services.
• Provide best‑in‑class customer service at all times.
• Adhere to Splash Plumbing’s core values, safety policies, and procedures.

• 5-10 years of previous plumbing experience (preferably commercial service & repair)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to commit to working and serving customers the "Splash Way"
• Reputation for being high integrity, hard‑working, fast‑paced, with a high attention to detail (to be confirmed by references)
• Broad skill set to deliver a full range of plumbing services
• Ability to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• A full set of personal tools
• Ability and willingness to cover periodic after‑hours shifts
• (Preferred) Experience with mobile dispatching software such as Service Titan

• Market leading compensation rate – on-target commission is expected to be $80,000 to $150,000 per year

Compensation is expected to be between $80,000 and $150,000 per year, based on performance.
