Job Responsibilities
Perform MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes) requests for enterprise phone systems
Troubleshoot and repair Cisco IP phones and telecommunications equipment
Support Cisco Call Manager, Avaya/Nortel CS1000 PBX systems, and Avaya Messaging
Travel between Disney properties in the Anaheim area as needed
Maintain accurate service documentation, time reporting, and work records
Deliver outstanding customer service while working directly with end users and technical teams
Collaborate with team leads and field operations personnel
Required QualificationsExperience supporting Cisco Call Manager environments
Experience with Avaya and/or Nortel CS1000 PBX systems
Strong troubleshooting skills with enterprise voice systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Highly organized with strong documentation skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to supply common telecommunications hand tools
ScheduleMonday through Saturday
Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Five-day work week scheduled within those operating days
Preferred SkillsExperience supporting large enterprise or campus environments
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Experience supporting multiple locations
