Thisroleisresponsibleforoverseeingasbestosprojectsfromstarttofinish,ensuringworkiscompletedsafely,efficiently,andinaccordancewithcompanystandards,regulatory requirements,andclientexpectations.
Superviseandsupportasbestostechniciansonjobsites.
Manageasbestosabatement,containment,andremediationprojects.
Ensureallworkiscompletedaccordingtofederal,state,andlocalregulations,aswellascompanyprocedures.
Monitorjobprogress,timelines,and budgets.
Performsiteinspectionsandqualitycontrolchecks.
Communicateeffectivelywithclients,project managers,consultants,andinternalteams.
Documentjobdetails,includingdailyreports,project photos,andrequiredcompliancedocumentation
Ensureproperuseandmaintenanceofequipmentandpersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE)
EnforcesafetyprotocolsandcompliancewithOSHA,EPA,andapplicableasbestosregulations.
Trainandmentorteammemberstosupportgrowthanddevelopment.
Qualifications:Previousexperienceinasbestosabatementorenvironmentalremediation.
Leadershiporsupervisoryexperiencepreferred.
Strongknowledgeofasbestosremovalprocedures,containment methods,andsafetyrequirements.
Current Asbestos Supervisor certification /license(asrequiredbystate)
OSHAcertificationpreferred.
Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills.
Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsinafast-paced environment.
Valid driver'slicenseandcleandrivingrecord.
Abilitytolift
50+lbs.andworkinvariousenvironmentalconditions.
