Mitigation Supervisor-CA

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mitigation Supervisor to lead field teams in delivering high-quality restoration services. This role is responsible for overseeing mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and client expectations.

• Supervise and support mitigation technicians on job sites
• Manage water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects
• Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and company procedures
• Monitor job progress, timelines, and budgets
• Perform site inspections and quality control checks
• Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and internal teams
• Document job details, including photos, moisture readings, and reports
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations
• Train and mentor team members to support growth and development

• Previous experience in restoration/mitigation (water, fire, mold, etc.)
• Leadership Or Supervisory Experience Preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drying techniques and restoration equipment.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
