Are you a state-certified Journeyman Electrician with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work? We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects, supervise crews of up to six electricians and apprentices, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Working closely with the Field Superintendent and Project Management team, you'll play a key role in driving field execution from planning and layout through project completion.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a foreman position—it's an opportunity to lead, mentor, and make a lasting impact. You'll work on a variety of challenging projects involving electrical retrofits, lighting systems, generators, ATS equipment, battery backup systems, controls, and mechanical/electrical startups. If you enjoy problem-solving, coaching developing electricians, and taking ownership of project success, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects.
  • Plan, organize, and direct daily field activities to ensure productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Install conduit, wiring, lighting, outlets, and electrical equipment.
  • Perform electrical retrofit work, including lighting upgrades, ballasts, generators, ATS systems, and battery backup installations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including VFDs, motors, transformers, breakers, and related equipment.
  • Install and terminate low-voltage control systems, including panels, conduit, sensors, and wiring.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, perform layout, coordinate materials, and manage workflow.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable codes, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Mentor apprentices and support the professional growth of team members.
  • Assist with startup and commissioning activities for mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Maintain OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards at all times.
  • Interact professionally with customers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Complete project documentation, including daily reports, material requests, as-builts/redlines, and related paperwork.
  • Support other project-related responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading electrical crews in commercial and/or industrial environments.
  • Ability to supervise up to six electricians and apprentices while maintaining productivity and quality.
