Commercial Electrician
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial Electricians for projects located in and around Anaheim, CA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $32-$40/hour for Trainees and $40-$50/hour for Journeymen based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Bend and install EMT, RMC, IMC, and PVC conduit
- Pull, route, and terminate wire and cable
- Install panels, switch gear, transformers, disconnects, and electrical equipment
- Install lighting, receptacles, controls, and branch circuits
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and one-line diagrams
- Perform rough-in and finish electrical work
- Troubleshoot electrical systems as needed
- Install supports, strut, cable tray, and electrical devices
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all OSHA safety standards
Requirements:
- Active ET Card (Electrical Trainee) or State Journeyman Electrician License, depending on position
- Commercial electrical experience required (industrial experience is a plus)
- Ability to bend conduit by hand and with mechanical benders
- Experience running and pulling wire of various sizes
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently
- Familiarity with NEC standards and commercial electrical practices
- Reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools and PPE
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and job sites
