Job Title:

General Laborer

Job Summary:

The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks to assist in the completion of construction, manufacturing, or warehouse projects. This position involves physical labor, use of hand and power tools, and working under the supervision of a foreman or site manager to support team efficiency and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.

* Assist with site preparation and cleanup.

* Operate hand tools and power equipment as directed.

* Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

* Move, secure, install, and remove materials as needed.

* Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, plumbers, and electricians as required.

* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED preferred.

* Previous labor or construction experience is a plus but not required.

* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

* Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods.

* Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

* Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
