Job Overview

Maintenance Tech I at Travel + Leisure Co. is responsible for ensuring that all guest units and building systems are in working order, providing quality results under supervision.

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision, ensuring optimum quality and efficient production.
• Handle service requests and repairs such as painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
• Conduct make‑ready maintenance for units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures—including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscape, including trash removal and general landscape tasks.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.

• Professional appearance and a positive, can‑do attitude with a team focus.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

The hourly rate for this role is $21.00.
