Telecom Field Technician - Avaya and Nortel

5 days a week - some weeks will be Mon-Fri and some will be Tue-Sat

40 hours per week

Hourly Pay: 50-53 p/hr on W2 Only

* Background Check and Drug Screen Required
* 1-2 Interview process. Client looking to move very quickly

• Have working knowledge to perform regular type of MAC phone requests and phone repairs on Cisco Call Manager, Avaya/Nortel CSE
  1000 PBX systems, and Avaya Messaging.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule for supporting the customer Monday through Saturday 8AM- 5PM shift and could be moved to a 5-day shift within these days.
• Supply common telecommunications tools.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• familiarity with onsite equipment including Cisco Call Manager, Nortel, PBX Systems.
• Excellent client-facing and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to sites near to Anaheim, CA.
• Ability to work well with team members including Team Lead and possibly the Field Operations Manager.
• Highly organized and able to keep detailed and accurate records for time reporting and billing purposes.
