In 4–6 Weeks, Your Career—and Your Bank Account—Could Look Very Different.

Shugarman’s Bath is looking for experienced bathroom remodelers and installers who know their trade, take pride in their work, and are ready to build a long-term, high-earning career.

Every new installer starts as a Bathroom Installer Apprentice for a paid 4–6 week evaluation period. This is a temporary evaluation period—not a permanent apprentice position and not entry-level training. You must already have the hands‑on skills and experience to perform bathroom remodeling work.

If you meet our standards by the end of the evaluation, you’ll transition to the Bathroom Installer position at $27.50/hour + bonus, with the opportunity to earn $125,000+ annually.

As a licensed C-36 Plumbing Contractor, we’re committed to helping experienced tradespeople build their skills and build a career.

If you believe in your skills and are ready for the next step, 4–6 weeks could be the start of something much bigger.
