Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in renovating vacant apartments. You will work in teams of two, performing various tasks that require proficiency in construction and maintenance.
Responsibilities- Perform basic plumbing tasks including changing faucets and shower heads.
- Conduct basic electrical work such as installing ceiling fans.
- Execute basic carpentry tasks, including installing baseboards and door casings.
- Patch holes and replace sections of drywall as needed.
- Proficiency in construction, plumbing, installation, carpentry, and hand tool usage.
- Experience with electrical work, HVAC, and drywall repair.
- Ability to use hand and power tools such as sawzall, cordless drill or impact, and finish nailgun.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in working within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
