Winn Companies is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician II for The Knolls Apartments, a 260-unit LIHTC community in Orange, CA. You will perform maintenance across units, common areas, offices, grounds, and parking areas to keep the property safe and appealing.
The role requires 2+ years in residential maintenance, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and basic repairs, and a valid driver's license. Typical schedule is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with on-call duties as needed.
