Solutions Engineering Manager

About the Team

The Solutions Engineering team is focused on enhancing the Polkadot ecosystem by developing and maintaining tools, providing support to builders and businesses, and ensuring smooth releases of the Polkadot SDK and Runtime. We are looking for leaders who have a user-focused mindset and can lead their team to deliver the highest impact to Polkadot’s success.

• Manage and grow a team of software engineers.

• Collaborate across the company to deliver complex projects.

• Work with leadership to define the roadmap and priorities for the team to have the biggest impact.

• Work with customers to understand their needs and help Parity address them better.

• Work with cutting-edge, decentralised protocols.

• Experience leading and growing teams of software engineers.

• Engineering background, ability to work effectively with protocol engineers.

• Project management skills, good stakeholder communication.

• Application development experience, you know how to bridge the gap from low-level protocols to make a great higher-level application development experience.

• Ability to prioritise and identify the most impactful projects.

• Can develop solutions and product ideas from scratch and execute on their creation.
