Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and passionate Embedded Software Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. This permanent position involves working on cutting‑edge technologies to design, develop, and enhance embedded software systems across a variety of projects, from firmware for next‑generation products to optimization of existing systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, code, test, and debug system software for our embedded systems.
  • Review code and design, providing constructive feedback to peers.
  • Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources.
  • Integrate and validate new product designs.
  • Support software QA and optimize I/O performance.
  • Provide post‑production support as necessary.
  • Develop software for embedded systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment.
  • Interface with hardware design and development.
  • Assess third‑party and open‑source software.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of embedded software engineering experience.
  • Hands‑on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets.
  • Solid C++ programming experience.
  • Experience with Operating Systems, Peta Linux, Recipe, and Bitbake.
  • Experience with preemptive, multitasking real‑time operating systems.
  • Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review.
  • Knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces, and hardware subsystems.
  • Ability to read schematics and datasheets for components.
  • Strong documentation and writing skills.
