Job Description
Pay:
To be determined based on experience
Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required.
DISPATCHER RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitor drivers and delivery routes throughout the day
- Communicate with drivers regarding route progress and operational concerns
- Coordinate rescues and route support when needed
- Complete beginning-of-shift, mid-day, and end-of-day reports
- Assist with vehicle assignments, attendance tracking, and daily dispatch operations
- Escalate safety, performance, and delivery concerns to management
- Maintain accurate and professional communication with drivers and leadership
- Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required
- Familiarity with Amazon DSP delivery operations and route monitoring
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
