Warehouse Clerk

The Warehouse Clerk Level I supports daily warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and equipment operation.

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents.
• Unload goods from delivery vehicles.
• Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies.
• Document and report issues.
• Store materials in assigned locations.
• Select items based on orders.
• Assist with cycle counts.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Load outbound shipments safely.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material‑handling tools.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Report hazards and incidents.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read instructions and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math and inventory skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of WMS or shipping software.
• Forklift certification or experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
