We are hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to support door automation service for our customers. The coordinator will manage component inventory, maintain cycle counts, and assist with installations and logistics.

• Maintain daily cycle count schedule and update Baan with adjustments.
• Resolve discrepancies between Baan and physical inventory.
• Verify inventory locations and update as needed.
• Maintain inventory-by-location spreadsheet.
• Identify potential Bill of Material problems and forward information to Manufacturing Support.
• Perform receiving duties (forklift certification required).
• Verify accuracy of Baan inventory per Exception Report.
• Keep office and warehouse clean.
• Pickup and delivery of parts to job sites as necessary.
• Assist Installation Coordinator/Operations Manager as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn and improve processes.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy.
• Minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum one year of cycle counting experience.
• Proficient in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure.
• ERP/Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

• Minimum age 21 due to job‑related responsibilities.
• Must obtain and maintain AAADM certification within one year of employment.

• Hourly wage of $25–$30, plus experience and qualifications.
