Location: Garden Grove, CA Shift: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Pay: $20–$23/hr, weekly pay Assignment Type: Temp‑to‑Hire Hiring Status: Actively hiring — reach truck test required
ResponsibilitiesOperate Stand‑Up / Reach Truck safely and efficiently (testing required)
Perform inventory control tasks: counts, adjustments, stock movement, cycle counts
Support inbound/outbound warehouse workflow
Lift up to 50 lbs. and maintain a steady production pace
Complete additional duties as assigned as the role expands
Work mandatory overtime and Saturdays
Proven reach truck experience (must pass onsite test)
Background in inventory control
, warehouse operations, or material handlingAbility to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for the full shift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and ability to work OT/Saturdays
Experience with
RF scanners
, WMS
, or cycle countingFlexibility to learn new tasks as the role grows
