Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level-friendly position, and prior inventory experience is not required. Candidates with one to three years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations will be given preference.
The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with inventory data, proficient in standard office software, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory data in a timely manner.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
- Receive, inspect, count, and document incoming and outgoing products.
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to management.
- Prepare inventory, receiving, shipping, and transfer reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, sales, and logistics teams.
- Maintain organized inventory files and supporting documentation.
- Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and warehouse coordination.
- Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
- Perform other inventory- and operations-related duties as assigned.
- No prior inventory experience is required; willing to train the right person.
- One to three years of inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese Mandarin is required
, including verbal and written communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform routine warehouse-related activities as needed.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
