The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end fulfillment process for Eyewear orders. This role works closely with the Prescription (RX) Lab and Supply Chain Management team to ensure products are inspected, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

• Pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and within established service levels
• Perform final quality inspections to ensure products, packaging, and order contents meet company standards prior to shipment
• Verify SKUs, product labels, serial numbers, quantities and order information to ensure shipment accuracy
• Receive, inspect, and process inbound inventory while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Organize, store, and replenish inventory to maintain an efficient and orderly warehouse.
• Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to prevent stock shortages.
• Assemble packaging materials and ensure products are packaged securely in accordance with company standards
• Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and update order status in internal systems
• Coordinate shipments with designated carriers and logistics partners
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and damaged products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support additional operational tasks, including but not limited to, warehouse setup, process improvements, new product launches, inventory tranfers, returns processing, and other operational initiatives as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or retail operations preferred
• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move packages up to approximately 50 lbs.

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Pay Range: $20-$23 per hour
• Work Location:
  
  On-site, 5 days per week
• Work Environment: fulfillment center, position will include picking, packing, lifting, and standing for stretches of time
